Pet Relocation Specialist – Dubai (UAE)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Pet Relocation Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end relocation process for pets traveling internationally, ensuring a smooth, safe, and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. You will coordinate documentation, logistics, veterinary requirements, airlines, and government authorities while providing exceptional customer service throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management

• Guide clients through the complete pet relocation process.
• Explain import/export requirements and travel procedures.
• Provide regular updates throughout each relocation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation to final delivery.

Relocation Coordination

• Organize domestic and international pet relocations.
• Coordinate with airlines, cargo agents, veterinary clinics, and government authorities.
• Schedule veterinary appointments and required treatments.
• Arrange pet transportation within the UAE when required.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any issues.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and review import/export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with destination country regulations.
• Process permits, health certificates, vaccinations, and customs documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.

Operational Support

• Coordinate with internal operations and external partners.
• Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, relocation, travel, freight forwarding, veterinary services, or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in pet relocation.
• Experience working with airlines, cargo companies, or freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of international import/export regulations.
• Additional languages are a plus.
