Job Summary

Direct and implement web development initiatives to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experiences. Align development efforts with product goals, user needs, and brand standards while maintaining robust code quality and timely delivery. Core responsibilities include building front-end and back-end components, integrating services, and maintaining deployment readiness through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications across multiple browsers and devices with adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into modular, testable features.
• Implement and optimize APIs, data flows, and integration points with third-party services.
• Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and participate in continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor performance, resolve defects, and implement performance tuning and security hardening.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with server-side development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java) and RESTful API design.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1/ARIA).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD practices, and containerization basics (Docker).
