Job Summary

The HR Secretary role provides essential administrative support to the HR function, ensuring accurate documentation, compliant record-keeping, and efficient candidate and employee workflows. This position enables smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee inquiries, directly contributing to timely hiring, consistent policy communication, and a positive employee experience. Core responsibilities include managing HR records, coordinating interviews and onboarding activities, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and organize HR documentation with meticulous record-keeping to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
  • Support onboarding procedures by preparing welcome materials and coordinating training schedules for new hires.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role with demonstrated familiarity with HR processes and systems.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR documentation management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements relevant to HR administration.
