Job Summary

The Flask and React Developer for AI Tools designs, builds, and maintains scalable web applications and AI-driven features. The role bridges backend APIs and frontend interfaces to deliver reliable, performant tools that support data analysis, model inference, and user workflows. Core responsibilities include implementing RESTful services, integrating AI models, and delivering user-centric interfaces with robust security and performance considerations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain backend services using Flask to expose AI model endpoints with clear schemas, robust authentication, and scalable deployment patterns.
• Implement responsive, interactive frontend features with React, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs and real-time data visualization.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications, including model loading, inference pipelines, input validation, and result handling.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement end-to-end workflows.
• Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Optimize performance, monitor key metrics, and implement caching, pagination, and efficient data retrieval strategies.
• Ensure security best practices, including input validation, proper authentication/authorization, and secure data handling.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience with Python (Flask) and JavaScript (React).
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML-powered features within web applications.
• Proficiency with RESTful API design, SQL/NoSQL databases, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with model serving tools and inference workflows; ability to integrate models via APIs.
• Knowledge of vectorial databases.
